Pipetrack Park

Pipetrack Park was a Design and Construct project for a local developer, the park was constructed on Melbourne Water owned land, in the location of an old bluestone reservoir and also had a heritage Victoria Overlay, the overall works included construction of a new shared footpath, cast insitu concrete seating walls, custom concrete steppers and concrete signage pillars.

The main playground element is a timber structure called a Robinia Jungle Dome, when it was installed it was the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere, there is also several other play items including swings, a spinner and parkour style elements, the park also includes raised steel edging for garden beds, which are shaped to represent the flow of water, mass planting, grass establishment, mulching, and feature gravel surfaces where also included within the scope.
